Thanks to Kiefers for a great learning experience and introduction to karate. The Little Ninja class has truly made a positive impact on my son, from instilling values to be continued at home and school to learning the actual karate moves, this place gets 5 stars!

KMA is a great program. My little ninja is learning so much and can’t wait to go back. The flexible schedule is wonderful and allows us to stick with it and even book other activities.

I started BJJ at KMA as an "older" student after hearing great things about all the physical and mental benefits. At the start of my first class, I was honestly as nervous as a job interview. Coach Rob quickly alleviated my fears, and by the end of class, I was hooked. KMA is a great place to learn and grow! I would highly recommend KMA to anyone who will listen!
I've heard horror stories about other martial arts schools that let bullies rule the mats and do little to protect the newer students. KMA could not be any further from that type of environment. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and just overall FUN!

All three of my daughters started with Kiefer’s a few months ago after a birthday party and a free trial program. We all love coming to karate. They think they’re just having fun, but the benefits at home and school that we’ve already seen are beyond compare. Each month we have themes to focus on, like self discipline, goals, and integrity. I am so happy to have found an extra curricular activity that combines the importance of dedication to the sport with the importance of daily responsibilities. The sensei’s are so patient and kind, yet they expect a level of respect and commitment. We have seen great improvements in listening skills, respect and responsibility in just the few months that we’ve been active in karate. So grateful for Kiefers! Will always recommend!

KMA is easily probably one of the best dojos in the state of Rhode Island. The dojo is beautiful, the staff are the best, and the training is one-of-a-kind. I've been training for about 3-4 and a half years here and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. If you're thinking of looking into martial arts, this is the place to be.

I have take Martial Arts at many dojos in my life and Kiefer's Martial Arts is one of the best with top level instructors that are passionate about their art and Renshi Mike Kiefer is one of the most personable instructors I have worked with. Our daughter Heather, just earned her 1st dan black belt in June, and she knows that if she puts her mind to somthing no matter how hard that she can accomplish it. Thanks Renshi Mike, Sensi Rob and all the others that make this dojo an excellent place to train.

A year ago I joined KMA's fitness kickboxing program and immediately got hooked! If you're hoping to get in shape for 2017, there's truly no better way! Scared to try it? Don't be! You'll be able to start at any level and quickly build skills and stamina, all the while shedding those unwanted pounds!

Keifer's Martial Arts has had such a positive effect on Tyler. He is becoming a very confident capable young man because of this program. For parents it is additional positive reinforcement to what we are teaching at home. His grades and attitude toward accomplishing his goals has completely been reformed in the last 2 years of attending this school. This is a life changing activity for your child and skills that can be continued into adulthood. Thank you for what you all do for Tyler and the rest of our Martial arts family.

My twin boys started at KMA when they were five years old. They will be attempting to pass the black belt test in May and have been working on mastering 100 crunches, 40 push ups, and the 3 mile run under 30 minutes. They are now ten years old. Keep your fingers crossed for them!
Besides the physical aspect of the program, the boys are focusing on discipline, integrity, strong moral courage, and other important life skills. I have seen improvement in their behaviors at home and in school. My hope is that they grow and mature into strong, well disciplined young men, with the KMA team supporting them along the journey.
I truly appreciate the genuine concern and care the KMA teaching staff has demonstrated for my boys. "It takes a village," for sure!

We first enrolled our son into Little Ninjas when he was 5 years old to help with focus , self discipline and structure. He had just entered kindergarten and although he wasn't necessarily in need of any of this extra Instruction.... our thoughts were to give him an upper hand with learning how to handle distraction and excel. We thought we would "try" it..., well its been one of the best decisions as parents we've made for him. He is about to turn 8 years old.... and thrives at KMA.... he is now in the Black Belt Training program and excited to continue to advance and become a member of the demo team!!

The staff, and environment at KMA is phenomenal! Everyone makes you feel like part of an amazing family. In the few months my son has been with them, I have seen his coordination, focus, and all around physical/mental health improve drastically! I even witnessed with my own eyes the very moment he became confident! He adopted a new confident walk, and a CAN DO attitude! Enrolling him with KMA was one of the best decisions I have EVER made. THANK YOU to the amazing staff, and I look forward to watching the continued growth!

I can’t say enough about how great our experience has been at Kiefer’s Martial Arts. Everyone there goes above and beyond to keep our 6 year old twins focused, motivated, and engaged. The staff to student ratio is excellent! We are very happy with the choice to send the boys to Kiefer’s.
